2024-2025 Housing License Agreement

Cancellation Request Form

Submitting a Cancellation Request Form does not automatically cancel your Housing License Agreement. Please review the Housing License Agreement for the current academic year to review cancellation terms.

Housing Eligibility & Exemption Form

Use this form request an enrollment exemption or to confirm if a non-enrolled person (such as children, spouses, parents) is eligible to reside on campus.
